Bring something from your closet that needs an update and let's go crazy! It's a good idea to bring a couple of different options just in case. It's also a good idea to wear something that's easy to get in and out of, or maybe something tight fitting to try things on over as there is always lots of trying on with this type of project. We'll have a large selection of vintage fabrics, trims and other fun finds for you to use and Kristal will walk you through whatever simple alterations are needed to transform this into your new favorite thing to wear. Here are some ideas of what we can do in this class:
Remove/shorten sleeves
Crop
Change the neckline
Add ruffles
Shorten
Add applique
Add crochet
Add other trims and embellishments
Those are just a few ideas but possibilities are truly endless. This class is sure to get your creativity flowing and have you looking at your closet with new eyes.
